Lisa Chow is the Oracle PeopleSoft Product Management Director within the Strategy organization focusing on the Time and Labor product and the Compensation product. She has 22 years of experience in Strategy and Consulting roles and over 25 years of experience with the PeopleSoft product. Lisa has held many different roles throughout her association with PeopleSoft, including roles as a customer, a consultant, and an Oracle employee. In her career she has also worked in both Financials and HCM, and although her education is in accounting, her passion is truly rooted in HCM.
Lisa started her career working with PeopleSoft as a Payroll Manager implementing PeopleSoft 2.2. She then worked as a consultant for many years before joining the then PeopleSoft organization in 2003 when she joined the PeopleSoft Enterprise Service Automation (ESA) team working on Staffing Front Office and Pay/Bill Management. After another stint in consulting that took her to work in the UK and Australia, Lisa rejoined Oracle as part of the PeopleSoft HCM Strategy organization 2+ years ago.
