In particular, she is highly experienced in implementing & upgrading the Oracle Cloud and e-Business (EBS) suite for corporate & public sector clients for the past 20 years. * Functions as Project Manager, Applications Architect and Lead for Oracle’s Cloud & EBS Financials, Human Resources, Procurement, Projects, Inventory, & Customer Relationship Management suites. Also skilled in the EPM Cloud Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) package. * Analyzes business requirements, application capabilities, industry standards & information technology designs to recommend solutions to meet dynamic & unique business needs. Envisions the overall process & suggests creative ideas that were configured & implemented successfully. * Provides functional system support to assist users in their application operation. Documents requirements, fit/gaps, new process flows, & user guides. Manages project plan development, project plan execution & overall change control. Develops highly detailed project plans including all work required to successfully complete projects. Leads & directs diverse, large teams comprising of both functional & technical staff. . * Communicates project information timely through effective project status reports & meetings with all project teams and executive management. * Possesses strong leadership, interpersonal & problem solving skills; ability to negotiate with & influence others across all organizations.
