Abstract: Technology investments are opportunities to re-think the current process status quo. In this session; Oracle Gold and Cloud Standard Partner; Elire; will present a case study on how Springfield Clinic leveraged Oracle HCM Cloud to simplify their Performance Management process from a complex; multi-question; and multi-level rating review to a simplified two question review to promote continuous manager feedback with clear ties to compensation awards. A Certified Oracle Implementation and Elire Consultant; will discuss how the Healthcare client took this first step in their overall HCM Cloud Transformation by maintaining PeopleSoft as their HR system of record while utilizing the Performance Management module in a cost-effective 12-week rapid implementation.
