Abstract: This facilitated discussion allows attendees to bring questions, challenges, best practices and ideas related to Oracle Support to share with other conference attendees. We propose to host 5-10 tables for discussion depending on space and logistics.
Objective 1: Attendees will have the opportunity to take away helpful information, resources and links.
Objective 2: Attendees will have the opportunity to share their support-related challenges and requests as part of the OAUG's advocacy to Oracle Support.
Objective 3: Attendees will have the opportunity to request the Customer Support Council's help in seeking assistance from Oracle Support related to specific SRs or issues.
Objective 4: Atterndees will have the opportunity to network with other users and members of the OAUG Customer Support Council.
