Abstract: The Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM) offering includes powerful tools that can be used for the sales and variable compensation processes across a multitude of industries. This paper and presentation will review the two options for SPM implementations. The first option is the Oracle E-Business Oracle Incentive Compensation module. The second option is Fusion Oracle Incentive Compensation. This presentation will provide an overview of both options. Further, it will cover some key criteria to evaluate to determine the best option for your implementation.
