Abstract: Just over a year ago, the City of Atlanta made the decision to move from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Cloud for ERP (Financial, Procurement, Payroll and Projects), HCM and EPM. The implementation of the back-office systems in Atlanta also included transformational organization, policy, and procedural changes. The City is going live in January 2019 and continues to focus on the improvement of their operations with Oracle Cloud. In this session hear about the experience, lessons learned, best practices, and continuous improvement offered when implementing Oracle Cloud in government.
