Abstract: Oracle has introduced Oracle Customer Data Management Cloud (known as CDM Cloud) as part of cloud applications, replacing both EBS based CDH and Siebel based UCM (together known as Customer Hub product). This product brings the best data model and process flows from CDH, the benefits of the overall cloud framework and a few aspects of Siebel UCM.
