Abstract: This presentation focuses on basics that should exist within an organization. These are creating and using Standards, Documentation, Policies and Procedures Effectively. They may exist, but outdated, or not at all or used ineffectively. Using Standards helps set common ground. Documentation improves success rate. Adhering to policies and following procedures improves organizations and individuals
