Abstract: We run our business on Oracle EBS. We are a manufacturing company that currently has a total of 5 employees in its IT department. Over the last 7-8 years we have implemented Oracle at three recent acquisitions, upgraded to R12 and implemented the EAM module along with several smaller projects. We did this primarily with internal resources and limited external consulting help. The presentation will focus on what we've done to be successful managing these projects with limited resources. Large companies rely on PMOs and structured project management processes, we've been able to find ways to do more with less.
