Abstract: This past year we began a new Enterprise Analytics Program in partnership with a Boston-based pharma company, aimed at centralizing and addressing the company's Reporting & Analytics, and Forecasting & Budgeting needs through a standard approach and central governance model. In this session, we will review how we first gained sponsorship throughout the organization; from Operational Finance & Accounting, to the Research, Clinical, and Supply Chain teams. We then will look at the Governance model, the implementation phase, and the end state solutions that supports both FP&A & Accounting.
