Abstract: Batesville Casket recently completed an integration between their JDE eCommerce and HMIS solutions; resulting in faster on boarding of customers; better enforcement of order and pricing policies; and enhanced security through the order-to-cash process. In addition; the availability of new data analytics provides the ability to better measure and predict online shopping behavior. Self-service enhancements are also improving customer satisfaction.
