Abstract: With a history going back 200 years, Eastern Bank with its 1,900 employees is the largest mutual bank in the US. Eastern needed to improve access to HR data to better understand its talent and improve business decisions. The first phase was to implement a robust enterprise solution and focus on improving all people-related processes and the user experience. Oracle HCM Cloud was selected due to its breadth of solutions for talent acquisition, onboarding, self-service workflow, benefits, compensation, performance, learning, talent, and payroll.
