Abstract: A case study of Wilsonart’s global Oracle Sales Cloud (500+ users) is presented. The journey, functionality, challenges, lessons learnt, metrics, and user adoption will be addressed. Also, an overview of the solution that included Oracle PaaS and several ERP/back office integrations, dashboards and Infolets is provided. Tips and techniques on integrating non-core processes with CRM using Oracle PaaS and benefits realized using a co-existence strategy are discussed.
