Abstract: Glenn Johnson's popular blog, 'Integrate My JDE' and his new book 'Oracle Sales Cloud Integration' provides the inspiration for this session which will feature JD Edwards integration with Oracle CX Cloud and Oracle Sales Cloud systems using the Magic xpi Integration Platform. This session will explore integration needs, popular applications, architectural challenges and practical JD Edwards benefits derived from business process automation. The Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Cloud is comprised of five main Oracle Cloud offerings: Oracle Marketing Cloud; Oracle Sales Cloud; Oracle Service Cloud; Oracle Field Service Cloud; Oracle Configure, Price, and Quote Cloud; Oracle Commerce Cloud. This session will look at how Magic xpi Integration Platform provides Oracle CX Cloud integration. While Oracle CX cloud provides a full set of APIs, an integration platform greatly simplifies the management of those APIs and the connections between them and your other cloud and on-premise

Objective 2: Examine the Oracle Sales Cloud to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne use case in detail using Magic xpi Integration Platform. Look at Application Programming Interface (API) capabilities for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Partners, Opportunities, Forecasts, etc.
Objective 3: Demonstrate Magic xpi Integration for JD Edwards and CRM systems including the ability facilitate API processes, design workflows, manage data mapping, transform information formats and orchestrate real-time triggers and scheduled events.
