Abstract: Maritz, a sales and marketing services company, completed their first ERP upgrade in a decade, upgrading from EBS 220.127.116.11 to EBS 12.2.5. This upgrade enhanced the customer experience both internally and externally by improving over 20 financial processes, eliminating manual entry, and consolidating routines. We will share lessons learned during the transformation of the systems, the business, and the culture in our move to a modern platform.
