Abstract: As your business grows, you may have a need to utilize the Multiple Organization setup options provided within Oracle E-Business Suite. This presentation will demonstrate how to transform your existing single organization structure into a multiple organization structure which may consist of new ledgers, business groups, legal entities, operating units and inventory organizations. One CPE credit will be granted per 50-minute onsite course hour.

Objective 1: Show how to create new ledgers (primary, reporting, secondary) and legal entities

Objective 2: Explain the General Ledger consolidation options in relation to a new multiple organization structure

Objective 3: Discuss the benefits of using multi-org access control

Objective 4: Share how changing to a multiple organization structure has helped our company replace manual workarounds
