Abstract: Intergraph is using Siebel for Service Request Management. They saw a need to provide a robust knowledge and self-service experience. eVerge implemented a comprehensive solution leveraging the automation & workflow in Siebel with ease of use of Oracle Service Cloud for customers and knowledge. With two best of breed applications integrated from both worlds Intergraph is able to provide customers with an experience that will decrease volume of service requests while increasing customer satisfaction.
