Abstract: provides opportunities for JDE clients to increase their skill level by: assessing the current state of available JDE training, providing recommendations for improvement and/or additional training services to both Oracle and the JDE training vendor community, and sharing best practices, available technologies, and success stories with each other.At our COLLABORATE17 session, we will be talking about the three types of training needed during an upgrade:1. Training your company leadership on what's new to help make the business case for an upgrade2. Training your project team on how to configure and design the new features3. Training your end users so they can take advantage of the new functionality
